Re: Who can handle niacin?

Well i know the niacin hasn't changed, nor have I since ive always reacted to taking niacin.

With all this frequency treatment and supplementing niacinamide, tumeric, nac, msm etc i thought i would be able to handle niacin without flushing by now.

I just find it crazy that my brother who drinks and smokes all the time and isnt conscious about the food he eats, doesnt react to 500mg pill of niacin. Thats why im curious about other peoples situations on here.

As per your old post
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1246804#i

"If your vessles are open there is no flushing effect at all. This effect is a histamine reaction to the toxins being release when the vessels are opened.
Two of the main reasons these vessels close is mold/fungus and L-form bacteria stealing your sterol.

You should flush while you are working your way up but not to a point of becoming red since those toxins can damage your liver, especially if aflatoxin is one of them."
