Re: How does urine work?
I guess if you think of urine as full of toxins it would be a good question, but I think there is only a tiny amount of toxins in urine.
I believe from what many people have said who are far more knowledgeable than I am that urine is filtered blood serum. Feaces is mostly waste, not urine. Apparently we eat massively more toxins every day in our foods from the chemical
additives for flavour, bacteria control, preservation, colouring, anti-clumping etc. than is contained in our urine and it all goes down the same tube, into the stomach where the good is mostly separated from the bad.
Urine is more what is "left over" after the blood serum has gone around the body, with some waste product, but lots and lots of good stuff that did not get used. The kidneys have to control things so if more water is put into the blood stream, some has to be taken out which is called urine.
So the healing of urine comes from the hormones etc. that are contained in urine because they are contained in your blood serum. There are hundreds of components in urine. It is not toxic and it contains little waste.
