Yes, I used to have cold hands. Since teenage. After a year on Iodine I was much more frequently warm. Now my hands rarely feels cold; actually my female friends use my hands as handwarmers sometimes :)

Feeling cold / warm "inside" vs skin temperature can be different in the beginning, but in my experience will become more correlated over time.


In my 2 nd year on Iodine I had a decline in energy and temperature due to reducing the dosage of lugols,

What really get the temperature up in my case is gold leafs, probably due to its action on the glands. Tweet
