Yes I am mostly Irish, maybe some Scotish. When I go to Ireland people stop me in the street and ask me questions that's how Irish I look

I look the hair analysis to the doctor so of course it meant nothing to them . The test said I was a slow oxidizer. All minerals low, and ca0cium sky high, Magnesium and Phosphurus were higher than the other minerals but under the requirement.

ANy suggestions

Thank You- Want to get better so I can go to Ireland again.
