Help, I have a large goiter and HYPERTHYROID

I am a female,50, overweight, and Menopause has just started

I have a Toxic Multi Nodular Goiter, and I have been hyperthyroid for a about a year. The goiter is the on my right side is larger than the palm of my hand, and the left side more like a golf ball, and both seem to be getting bigger and pushing on my windpipe and ear, and hurts.

I am on Methimazole 2.5 MG, but I am raising to 5 Mg because I have many hyper symptoms with hot flashes. I am also having shortness of breath, & heart palpatations. Been to many doctors. I also started taking beta blockers. I am also taking the vitamins in the Iodine protocol. Started hot castor oil compresses, and ice packs

I had an appointment with Dr. Dach last Thursday, and I am waiting upon all the test results. When I made the appointment and in person I was told Dr. Dach is not treating hyperthyroid, only hypo. He further stated that I would probably need surgery, and that even RAI may not reduce the goiter enough. He also suggested I go to a Cardiologist. I will probably be getting Bio-identical hormones. I was told what I have is potentially life threatening, and How much more of my life do I want to spend on this, when they do not have good results with natural treatments for hyperthyroid.

Any help would be appreciated. What else can I be doing? If any one else is hyperthyroid, and help would be appreciated.
