First 3 Flushes….completely different results for each!

So I just completed my third flush a couple of days ago and figured I would write a post on my experience so far. It might help anyone trying to decide whether to flush, also I would love some advice from any old-timers….thanks :-)

My first flush produced amazing results in terms of elimination (and also my very first post on CZ). I didn't have a computer at the time and wasn't able to include a photo, so am going to do so now:







My emotions were all over the place for 2 days after this flush, which I now realise is par for the course. I think it shakes up the hormones temporarily. However I did notice a slight improvement in my digestion afterwards. Also my mood was definitely more balanced after the initial roller coaster.

My second flush was 12 days later (as I was going to be away for a while after that and didn't want to wait). The physical results of this were vastly different with only a handful of stones:







I did an enema the following day which produced different looking stones, and also a very strange object which I had trouble identifying. I can only assume it was either a parasite or candida:











However, my mood was greatly improved for at least a week after this flush. I was far more productive with things that needed doing and my anxiety was definitely reduced. I also had even more improvement in my digestion and a flatter stomach, although I should point out that I started a course of Parastroy two days later…which I know contains digestive enzymes.

I decided to wait until I had finished the Parastroy for my third flush, so it was about 25 days after the second one and brings us to present day. The results of this one were rather disappointing though, I was hoping to get rid of a lot of rubbish after killing all those parasites. But all I got was a bit of chaff…..no stones, no parasites, in fact no objects at all (hence no photo). Even after a couple of enemas the next day there was still nothing. My mood feels a little more stable as usual, but 2 days later I have come down with a stinking cold….I am literally dripping like a leaky tap! I've no idea if this is a coincidence or if something has triggered my sinuses to drain. My ribcage also feels quite sore today.

Something to mention (a bit graphic, so apologies): During the last week of my Parastroy course, I also started taking a daily magnesium malate supplement (instead of an occasional dose of mag citrate powder). I figured this would do double duty of malic acid to soften the stones and mag to relax the bile ducts. As the week went on my stool became paler and more yellow/orange. On the day I was due to flush I had quite an unusual BM, it was huge and soft, very orange and full of what looked like quite big beige stones (similar to 2nd flush). I then proceeded with epsoms etc, which only produced yellow liquid. I'm wondering if the inclusion of the mag malate brought on a sort of spontaneous flush before I had even started, hence the lack of results this time?

I did the Parastroy because I saw a lot of flukes in the first flush. Either I got them all out that time, or the dead ones are now completely congesting the liver and stopping stuff from coming out. I'm inclined to think it's the latter considering my history. So my question now is….should I do another flush next week to try and unplug or should I wait the usual 2/3 weeks?
