Yes I did a 3 week course of Parastroy between the 2nd and 3rd flush, mainly because I saw a lot of flukes in the 1st one. My gut feeling is that it worked and I'm now blocked.

I have also been wondering if my bowel transit time is slow...although I'm not sure how to test that. I have been doing enemas, but I realise this only reaches the lower intestine. I heard a lot of noise during my coffee enema yesterday, but nothing came out (other than coffee water) - so I took about 8 capsules of Oxypowder last night and am finally passing a few beige stones and and other objects. There was some red stuff, but they don't look like the previous "skins", more like actual chunks of tomato.

I can't afford to do colonics after the flush, so maybe this is what I need to do. I tried the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) once, but couldn't get it down. I'll try again though as the Oxypowder is also expensive.

Hopefully the next flush will shake free the blockage.....do you think I should add the extra portion of oil in the morning? Tweet
