Sorry you had such a bad reaction to it. For me it was a CRUCIAL supplement to get my stress tolerance up to where I can handle normal things again.

Before I started Pantethine Complex (Vitamin Shoppe brand)I was a wreck.

I worked from 1 tablet a day up to 8 per day in a short time.

My body seemed to love it, as long as I take it with food. It can irritate an empty stomach.

I would wait a while and start again with maybe 1/4 tablet, with food, and slowly work up from there.
