I've been on 3000 mg of Liopsomal Vitamin C for about a month now and it's really worked wonders for me. No more fatigue (but not stimulant type energy either). Sleeping better at night, getting tired when I'm supposed to and waking at a decent hour, feeling pretty rested.
Most of the research I've done has suggested Pantethine/Pantothenic Acid along with the vitamin C. I bought a pantethine/pantothenic acid complex and took one pill yesterday (equal to 150mg of each). All day I felt EXHAUSTED. I was dragging around, felt spacey and achy. I haven't felt like that in over a month. I was worried that I was heading into a crash, but I got a good night sleep and felt much better this morning.
I also was thinking that maybe my body was trying to reset, so I took my C again today and figured if it made me feel like I did yesterday then I was resetting and it wasn't the b5. But I felt better all day on my regular dose of C.
Does anyone else have a problem taking the b5? I can't take royal jelly either due to issues with estrogen, and I'm allergic to bee pollen.
Is it possible to pursue a recovery program that doesn't include the B vitamin supplements?
