Some Questions...any advice would be appreciated.

Hello everyone,

As some of you may know I have totally exhausted my adrenals from constantly being in flight or flight due to candida/heavy metals. I went way too hard on myself while getting rid of most of the candida and metals and not giving myself adequate rest and sleep b/c of college and life stresses. While detoxing, I noticed that I was in much more severe fight or flight then when I was just filled with the candida and metals....I guess it was due to the die off and serious body stress. The months before I crashed I noticed severe dehabilitating anxiety and mental delusions. I didn't know that my adrenals were way too overworked and on the verge of just collapsing. In May I crashed and was bed ridden to the point I couldn't even walk.

So I went on the Lam protocol starting June and I gotta say it got me out of the worst phase and got me doing very mild forms of activity. But I was still in deep stage 3 exhaustion. This month I started to notice I was slowly going back to where I was in May/June....and now I feel that my body is just rejecting all of the vitamin c and b5. As soon as I take it I feel like I can barely walk. It is impossible for me to get up in the morning...and I have horrible nightmares like I am going to die. I hear from many sources that this might be due to my body being in a "honeymoon" phase and so my body is rejecting the vitamin c b/c it needs a break to stabilize. But I really don't know. I also hear many stories that ppl crash really badly on this program. I don't feel like I am getting "stabilized" but rather that I am just getting worse...

So I got the hair analysis test done a couple of months ago but was reluctant to start on the nutritional balancing b/c Lam's program was working somewhat. But now I really want to give it a try. My NB specialist suggested for me to take Megapan, Endo-Dren, Limcomin, and Paramin. I ordered them today and should get them soon. What should I expect in the beginning? I know I should start off slow. I am also kind of afraid that my body will reject the vitamin c that is in these NB supplements also...but I am hoping for the best. Also I noticed that there is a lot of copper and vitamin b6 in some of the supplements. Is it dangerous to take such large amounts...especially the vitamin b6? I hear that after a while of high b6 dosing you can develop some neurological problems.

In general....how exactly does this program work? I know it has to do with balancing ratios, oxidation rate and vitality. What should I expect in the beginning...I do plan on starting slow. I just want something that will give my adrenals a rest from all of the fight or flight that has been going on. If anyone has some success stories from doing this program...it is appreciated too :)

This is a little off topic but how do you all deal with the fact that you are losing time off your life? That is what truly eats me up inside. I am only 22 years old and the best years of my life have already passed me by and are still passing me by. It's so hard to see my family and friends living their lives while I am so broken. I know that I am never going to get these years back....and have a hard time accepting that fact....
