Basically, what is reported is that there is severe to moderate pain in the right side where the liver and gallbladder is located under the ribs. Then there could be vomiting, burping and belching etc.

For me personally, I never could perceive any gallbladder release while receiving an enema. Maybe someone who has more experience will tell you differently. However, when I did the Liver Flush I could FEEL the gallbladder emptying its bile and stones without question.
