GM, I'm here because my liver felt like a basketball in my ribcage. I quickly became a moderator in the Liver Flush Support Forum and have read many cases such as yours.
Stones aren't the only thing that you're after, the toxins are very important part, the most important.
Several things to look at here:
Did you start colon cleansing first?
Did you start kidney cleansing?
Did you start parasite cleansing?
These are pre-flush steps in the Hulda Clark flush protocol and make an enormous difference in early flushing.
If you've done these things, you may need a stone-breaker to help break up calcifying congestion in your liver: chanka piedra, gold coin grass, perhaps solomon's seal would be of great relief for the congestion and get things moving. Google these 3 herbs and readReadREAD and decide which you want to start with.
Hope this helps!

ND, not getting stones makes me question if she's been doing parasite cleanse. flush ... kill the bugs ... flush ... kill the bugs, etc. Chaff is debris from the liver. It contains toxins. Better out than in!
If the enema's were all that, would there be debris sitting in the liver?
I doubt that colonics have much to do with the condition of the liver, more the other way around.
Enemas can be quite destructive. Do you have a very good herbalist that can recommend herbs that will rebuild her alimentary sytem now that she has it clean? It's that weed & feed thing.
Hope this helps!
