The Master Cleanse is a fine/good idea, better than going back into eating, and it will keep you in cleansing mode, while giving you a little 'padding'.
Try it for some days, then return to water if you feel confident. Try to familiarize yourself with what is common for people to experience on a water fast. Chris' RR'd posts usually are great reading. The tiredness is common. As is not sleeping, or sleeping much less. The more you know what to expect, the less you will be upset by any of it--one thing is certain, it's all temporary. anyway, try to take it day by day. EFT -emotional freedom technique- is often suggested, and is free to learn. Do a search on it... When you're resting is a perfect time to learn how to do it, get good at it, and to work through some of the ups and downs; even some of the deeper causes and so forth...
