Disk in neck worst pain ever!

Extremely hard to type...2-3 weeks Ruptured disk at base of neck, past 3 days not sleeping, maybe a hour at most, should start chelation now since I cannot sleep L0L, When this started 2 weeks ago tried going with out....BUT HAD to Take Vicodin 10-326 left over from oral surgery... now digging into left over 5/500 Vicodin from lower back surgery (2003) along with Soma Hoping none of that will mess with( slow down) me Lyme (F-117)treatments
Does anyone know if Soma ( powerful muscle relaxer) will affect what else I have going on?
OOO! ALSO found that local Indian restaurant has grown ghost chilies, I will get a plant soon, I have been eating these, I finished a whole one finally last week ! and it IMMEDIATELY GOES TO MY HEAD in a good way! Relief!
Yesterday after waking.. this is day after Rife session, passed large wormlike red parasite, red from blood...I'm kicking myself for not taking a pic, but whole (right) upper body is sore, so I remember it looked like some of the others I've posted, just red... Fish tapeworm ? possible Filarisis? Next one I will take pic.
Asked Dr about chelation Said you tested ok for Hg but Lead was high.
I had to stop the EB pro foot baths( for lead) last week due to conflicting schedule with starting PT... will get beck to them soon
ALSO when I had the oral surgery about a month ago I had cranked up the intake of Iodine to 10 drops Logol's 4-5 trappers SSKI (first thing in the morning).

I had backed down my expensive vitamin/mineral regime to the list below just about every other day
