Foul taste in the mouth can come from the intestines, can be a toxicity issue (metals) but can also be from the environment in which you live. Chest pains on top of the foul taste would lead me to think it may be your enviroment. Is your house smelly? Are you living on top of mould or an infestion of critters, mice, rats etc?
