ya i dont recommend consistent daily use beyond 3-7 days
i do it for like 3 days, 1 raw clove mixed with yogurt each day
that is enough right there to cause a ruckus
if i'm handling the symptoms well, i'll go at it again in a few days but then if it becomes overwhelming, i stop completely for 2-3 weeks or more
but I don't stop it. Garlic is a miracle and if used properly it can really work some wonders..but you can't stop it. I mean take breaks, even long breaks, but don't stop it entirely because then you'll have to adjust to it all over again.
Same thing with probiotics.. i have never taken them daily for longer than a week..there's no reason to, you don't want to shock the system for long durations
