No one else mentioned these (except the SeriPhos)....so here is what I use.

1. Ashwaghanda
This is a fantastic supplement - only one caplet every morning before breakfast keeps me calm all day long. I LOVE IT!

2. Stress Take Care
I used to take two of these per day, now I only take one with breakfast or lunch

3. Phosphatidyl-Serine
For quicker thinking and a clearer mind (I used to take 2 per day, now only 1 with lunch).

4. Seriphos
Just recently discovered that my muscle wasting is probably due to high cortisol, so I ordered some of this. Only been taking it for about a week....once or twice a day. It does seem to help with the muscle wasting, but I think I also still need the Branched Chain Amino Acids.

Hope this helps....I can't recommend the Ashwaghanda highly enough! Even Ann Louise Gittleman mentions it in her books. It's very good for your adrenal glands.
