So sorry to hear that you had a rough day. I know how that feels. I am waiting for my test results but until I get it o have gone vegan and low choline. I eat fresh food nothing processed maybe natural potato chips. I don't eat meat, dairy, beans, soy, no seasoning except Sea Salt and a little black pepper, sugar, coffee, soda and no gluten. For me this has helped a lot. I also take b2 with every meal, probiotics, copper chlorophyll, zinc. I take the b2 and probiotics everyday the others every other day. I don't want to overwhelm my liver.
