Hope everyone is doing well! Having a rough time today and just wanted to get feedback on what you do to try and stay positive with this disorder, or whatever it is.
I have literally tried everything I can think of, even tested twice for TMAU (negative both times), spent tons of money, went to countless doctors, you know the drill. Am currently on a veg diet with no dairy, and don't notice much of a change yet.
This is just such a difficult problem, and I am finding it very frustrating, hard to stay positive, and it is also isolating.
Any thoughts would be much appreicated, and if anyone has had any luck lately with meds, supplements, diets, etc, please share!!
