It's hard to explain, but it is a series of clicking and tapping with your fingers while you listen to the track. I thought it was hocus pocus too, but I tried it last night and it really did work for me.

I tried it first on a negative memory relating to frustration that I had, then I tried it on one of my anxious phobias that has actually never happened but was a paranoia of mine, and it really worked for both. At first it felt like I got my brain scrambled, but then when I laid there and regrouped I could think about the thoughts that used to invoke those negative emotions and they just felt like distant thoughts. I couldn't react to them no matter how hard I tried! And believe me I was trying..just because I couldn't believe that something could work so quickly.
From what I understand, the deeper the root of the issue the more times you've got to hit it. In the download you get the tracks and the full instructions of how to do it and how it works.
I plan to explore it more, as I've got issues with anxiety as well as past traumas. Let me know if you decide to try it, and how it worked out for you
