Re: Shoulder Pain
some think it directly related to liver congestion,
and a sign that liver flushing is in order. The great thing about liver flushing is that
it imporves the health in innumerable ways.

I would look into using EFT as well, since some have experienced this
as lasting for up to two years! Too long, in my view
There is the "metaphysics" of it, as well, which we often
write off. EFT can address this. Energy getting stuck (emotion) is what's underlying everything. The fact that you've done a number of physical interventions, and not yet
resolved the issue might be pointing you in the direction of some forgiveness issue, to do with others, or with what you perceive yourself as 'having to do'. The reaching for the alarm is not self-existent in a vacuum, but is related in some way. Try to look very honestly and with detached curiosity and a willingness to learn and change, at all aspects of *how you feel* about any and events in your life.
For example, *reaching up to turn off the alarm* makes quite a metaphor, if you look at it from another perspective, as if you were just examining a frame in a film strip. The shoulder is holding onto something it is not releasing, see what I mean. It has "turned off the alarm" but is carrying it. If you know EFT, you can play around with these ideas, while tapping. Or, you can look for a practitioner. That might be very helpful!
