Just face it. You havent been on this forum enough to start passing judgement and acting like nobody has cut carb sources out completely. There are lots of examples...sillylilly fearing potatoes back when..this 15 year old kid recently posting about eating several avocadoes, veggies, and meat as his diet. The carb scaremongering is real...A trashed liver is the result. I have no problem saying it..because every few days thereś the same post. "Guys, im on the candida diet, how long til I get better?" And the diet is always high in fats, from meat and plant sources..and carbs are looked at as a no no food.
