Ah, he's one of the best-loved authors, in this forum! Chris very often quotes him. The Soil and Health Library is a wonder of generosity.

Also, look at the catalogue for Health Research Books. Lots of great out-of-print literature; fun for a Christmas gift,in fact--I mean, just the catalogue, and maybe a gift certificate. Could always give it to yourself, as well. :-)

As they say, if your compassion does not include yourself, it is false. Quitting smoking would be a good gift,too. All the best with that!
