Prior to reading this book, I did feel nervous about starting a Water Fast and quitting smoking,but knew I needed to do this for my health..
I hope this doesn't sound stupid... but I had an "aha" moment...(as Oprah would call it).. After reading this book, it has led me to feel so afraid of what I am doing to my body right now (eating habits/nicotene)! My thought now is: "Why in the world should I be nervous about water fasting/quit smoking?! I should have been more nervous with every single meal I ate(since most of it consisted of junk), and every single puff of that cigarette.." I am feeling pretty confident that I can water fast, and quit smoking... and re-gain my health. Was so excited about this, I just had to share..
