Re: Has anyone had Mirena cause them to have seizures?

well i had the mirena in for like 3.5 years. at first it was here an there maybe once a month then slowly by the 3rd year i was having seizures every day an on a bad day i've had them 3 to 4 times. my doctor told me the mirena couldn't be the cause of it that its unheard of. but i made him remove it an from that moment on i've not had one seizure an its been a year an half now since its been out. if your having them now do not wait get the iud removed cause it will get worse an will not go away till it is removed from you.
