Re: patterns of wrong behavior
I was responding to statements like this:
"Please, if you hear a voice in your head it is a psychic phenomena
and on a lower (astral) plane than proper meditation. For your own good, you
should stop all meditation or breathing exercise or whatever you are doing and
seek qualified help."
I've meditated for an hour or more each day for more than thirty years.
I've learned that "voices in my head" are my own as long as they are
in my own voice. If they are not - I kick them out. I also hear
voices outside of my head and that can be someone who is trying to communicate
with me - either in or out of body. In the Earth plane there are many more
entities without a body than there are entities with a body. Learn to
recognize the difference. The out of bodies do not fall into the angel or
demon realms, they are as different as those that you meet on the street or at
the mall. Listen to your own inner voice and it can take you a very long
way.
Breathing exercises and meditation are some of the most healing energies on
the Planet. Telling me to "quit" is telling me what to do for my
own personal healing. If you learn meditation you should also learn how to
deal with entities who do not respect your space, both in body and out of body
and a psychiatrist ain't gonna help you - in fact they could easily be the ones
who will (and have) incarcerate you - a perfectly sane individual.
Learn spiritual grounding and you can control and protect yourself from all
other entities.
Am not trying to discourage your postings, just trying to help keep 'em
neutral. You are obviously on a healing journey and have made lots of
growth and change in your pursuit of who you are.
By the way - one of the most beautiful recoveries from bipolar and many other
human defined illness can be found in the many posts by Jane Alexander.
Here's one of them:
