I haven't been out drinking for the past two weekends. I can feel myself waking from the haze, slowly but surely. I only ever drunk on Saturdays, but it could take me 3 or 4 days to start to feel normal again.
I know this isn't an alcohol support forum. I just had a light bulb moment of realising how much more effective my exercise, nutrition and Iodine protocol is combined, with the absence of ANY alcohol consumption.
On a side night, alcohol makes me feel anxious when I haven't touched it in a while....I then feel the need to drink more and more to dampen the anxiety feeling. Definitely am awakening more and more a year into my Iodine experience. Realising how false so many of societies 'norms' are.
