Re: The Iodine Protocol and Alcohol Consumption
I recommend eliminating alcohol for life.
Sooner or later, alcohol addiction takes over, and then you are in DEEP TROUBLE. I know everyone says that they are in control and it can't happen to them. But it can and it does.
I have several friends who have become addicted and ended up in the hospital with serious liver problems. They are still in denial and their health is wrecked. Another old friend died from cirrhosis of the liver at 42 yrs young. He was also in denial saying that he ONLY drank beer. Never drank the hard stuff, but beer does contain alcohol and it killed him.
I was also a drinker and quit. I discovered that I had a drinking problem. The addiction sneaks up so slowly and quietly that it is hard to notice when it happened. But it happens to the best of us.
I still enjoy a glass of wine for special occasions. but not more.
Hope this helps,
Grizz
