No, nO, NO DE for Mercury! It will make you constipated if you don't drink enough, people are already dehydrated enough already, avoid it IMO.

Iodine, Boron, Silica all play a crucial part in the body. See Dr. Orlee on this "Minerals for the genetic code" book.

"Andrew Cutler Protocol" is IMO best for chelating Mercury.

Iodine is OKAY. It moves it around, redistributes it badly.
Unless you take Iodine drops every 2-3 hours even then i probably would just go Andrew Cutler Protocol.
