Mom to toddlers, want to buy Silverlungs

I'm looking to invest in a silver generator for our family. I've been looking at Silverlungs as it seems like the most complete package. I'm working on building a natural medicine chest for our family (colds/flu, injury, etc). My two questions are:

- since it makes both ionic and colloidal, what is the difference and when would I use one over the other form?
- what dosage is safe for kids under 6, and can they also safely use the nebulizer?
