Now I could be wrong, but I think taking charcoal, algae/chlorella, or clay is a way to ~bind~ metals already loose in your system and carries them out. Whereas cilantro or other chelators actually dislodge the metals ~releasing~ them into the system.
It almost is the guessing game with fungus, there's just so many kinds to keep track of. That's a long list of stuff : )
Do you take a good probiotic also? I'm not sure if it would jive with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement or not...
I've got some Allicin getting ready to take and it must be strong because the garlic smell could knock you over- and I haven't even opened the bottle yet!
