Dude your lips look fine. I realize that your not cured and they look that way because you peel it but they still look completely normal.

Even when I peel mine, there is a noticeable color difference between the affected area and the regular area.

Your lips are completely normal colored and sure you can see the texture difference if you stare at them extremely closely, but even normal people have texture differences in their lips on near the vermillion boarder.
