Zyclara Results

So I realize that I never really summarized my end results of using Zyclara, so I figured I should.

First of all, it was the most excruciating week-week and a half of my life. There was about a 4 day period where I couldnt even eat.

As for my results, I believe that the Zyclara may have very minimally increased my affected area. But when I say that I mean VERY minimally. Also the few spots of my lip (like near the corners) that had seemed to be healing, are now not as healed. I also didnt react the same as the others describe. For me it pretty much inflated my lips like a balloon, and caused an extremely thick EC crust over my lips. Then that EC eventually peeled off like usual.

So used caution if you are going to use this. Since it seems as though it hasnt really helped anyone yet, (Lilo bailed on us) I would recommend getting a biopsy to test for virus first. If I knew it would be so excruciatingly painful, I would have definitely got a biopsy.

And the doctor who prescribed it told me "Its harmless, you could brush your teeth with it." So clearly he had no clue what he was talking about. It seems as though Imiquimod is not so commonly used, so even if your doctor reacts like mine did, DONT LISTEN. Its f***ing excruciating. Tweet
