I LOVE your posts and I've been through a crazy rollercoaster ride through this medical system and could not agree more. MDs in the US are almost always useless. 99% of total waste of time. If I knew what I know now I would never have gone to a MD and instead would choose a ND or Chiro or someone who knows ANYTHING ABOUT HEALING.

All those years of going to MDs was a total waste of money, time, and health. They didn't give ONE tip on how to live healthy. Everything I learned was from others, the Internet, books, relatives who live abroad, etc.

They know nothing about the liver, gut, lymph, brain function, inflammation, etc. Hek they don't even know that Sugar is bad for you! I'm serious, they don't!
