Yes, a yeast infection and candida are the same thing, just different names. In order to get rid of it stay away from any food containing Sugar or carbs, clean your body from mercury, stop taking Antibiotics if you take one currently. Also, do you have any mercury dental fillings? If you do it could be a reason you get a yeast infection so easily. Consider them removing with different fillings.
