MH, as I advised earlier, there is a printing process called "self-publish" that is much cheaper.  You pay an upfront fee then buy your books at wholesale price.  My cousin did it and one week ago today advised my new baby's mama that he'd help her get in touch with folks to get a book published.  He, obviously, was satisfied with the process.  You can choose a few outlets, such as amazon for them to sell through as well.
