Most of what we consider as probable paleo foods were not so. The couch potatoe comes in many forms.
As someone who has spent some time eating as naturally as possible out of the landscape there are no couch potatoes in my situation. Even seasonal fruits are small, sharp and short seasoned. Nutrient denstiy not an issue. Calories? Hard to come by.
This warrants a long discussion. I suspect a tip of the iceberg. T2
