Dont pretend you have cured yourself, write a full paragraph then at the end basically say that doctors are idiots. It gets other peoples hopes up seeing it thinking that it could be the final piece to their puzzle when its just someone looking for attention. We're all in the same boat here. This is the first time ive came across a post though where someone makes out that they have cured thereselves sarcastically, it would be understandable face to face but not in this type of context.
