I am happy to pass on the names of the oral pathologists handling my case from Barts and Kings but I feel it's only fair that I seek their permission to do so first. I will ask them when I am back at Barts (Dec 5).

Re. your other questions:

1. Started Bactroban towards the end of May.

2. No the condition of the lips was not the same as when the pics were taken in 2009. The oozing from the lips had subsided but the crusting continued in similar albeit in a different style. I'll see if I can dig out some pics from earlier this spring to give you a better idea.

3. The lips no longer appear white/yellowish anymore although several people have highlighted that they look moist from the pics I posted most recently.
