Re: infection, acidic, bitter, foamy urine on fast, what to do?
Thank you for the encouragement. Christy does write that "if the urine is consistently excessively acidic, urine therapy could create too much of an acid burden in your body." I suspect this is what has been going on. She suggests adding a pinch of baking soda to the urine.
I am thinking I have acidosis, obviously a mild form because besides fatigue, I have no major symptoms. About ten years ago, after treating for Lyme, I would feel sick and the area around my liver would hurt after drinking kombucha or kefir, and that is typical of acidosis. I still have that pressure around the liver and on the right side of the back, but it has gone away using the NOW liver support formula. But "gone away" is relative, and on UT the pressure returned.
I'll keep plugging away. I appreciate any thoughts or support or direction to other forums on curezone that might help me address things.
Thank you!
