I capsulize salt into 3 double 0 caps because I drink so much coffee loaded with potassium.

I just forgot to mention that.

My temp right now is 97.7 °F, but I am much warmer now.

This is much higher than my temp used to be (prior to iodine)

It used to be around 95.7 °F - 96.6 °F.

Also, I don't go to drs, so I cannot get a scriipt for NTH.
