I always thought the CAPS were to differentiate between what the original poster wrote and what MH was saying and not to yell. But maybe sometimes we need to get yelled at in order to listen :)

And you're right, deep down I can "remember" that the answers are simple. It's like I have a gut feeling when I hear the truth said to me. It's wonderful to be able to trust it, especially after years of research and self-experimentation. I think deep down we do know, all of us, it's just that very few people will tell us the plain truth.
