I use liquid lecithin, I doubt there is a differance with this food, it is a by-product of soybeans and used for cooking. Just look at the snack foods, chocolet, etc, that people get hooked on, normally there is lecithin in the product, the manufacturer knows people want lecithin so they hide it in their junk foods and that way the body seeks the junk food so it can get to the lecithin.

The closest source will save you shipping. We charge $34.95 a gallon and shipping over seas would probably be as much or more this by UPS, so I suggest buying locally when ever you can.
