Re: Lecithin

Lecithin

I would not give a baby soy based milk, I would not consume a soybean unless I grew it in my own garden. Just as I do not eat olives, yet I consume the olive oil. You should have gotten a paper taped to the top of the gallon bucket with a good example of lecithin use.

"IF" you believe soybean is bad for you, then you should have ever purchased a product made from soybean?

Our brain is said to be 50% Lecithin, our blood flows thanks to lecithin and soy lecithin dissolves gallstones and conquers cholesterol problems and soybeans have probably saved more lives than the potato has as far as feed goes.

My best teacher is our 9 year old dog, she will grab a 5 gallon bucket of lecithin that has 1/16 inch coating of lecithin stuck in it and she will stick her head in that bucket and not bring it out until they bucket is licked clean, that alone is evidence enough for me, but if you search around, I am sure you will find plenty of current info on lecithin and human health. I have a collection of surgical medical books 1960 and before and lecithin is listed as the gallstone cure and I was told Germany has used it for the past 50 years instead of cutting out the gallbladder, so I am convinced it has value in human health.
