help with enema from experienced detoxers (Candida, heavy metals, etc)

I am seeking some expert help.
Here is some BACKGROUND: I've started doing
coffee enemas recently. Twice a day, for the past week as part of a Dr. Wilson Nutritional Balancing Protocol:

I am detoxing from Heavy metals (Cadmium, Mercury, Plumbum, etc), Candida, dysbiosis. Other than these beasts, I've been tackling general muscle spasms (liver issues?), thyroid issues (even though TSH has been normal with Thyroxin and FT3, FT4 in check for past year), definite adrenal fatigue (in the last month have started pantothenic acid and gladulars). Been diagnosed with Fabriomyalgia and the gamut, saw doctors all over the board including Neurologists over my quest to get healthy. My very trustworthy traditional chinese medicine doc who is also an MD diagnosed me with liver wind syndrome with heat and water retention, signaling liver issiues again. Which makes sense, I used to use a lot of alcohol and the antidepresents I was prescribed during my early attempts to get better. Fortunately, no logner. Currently, My most pronounced symptoms are definite fatigue, low energy, lethargy, mood swings, concentration difficulties with no obvious psychological causes as evaluated by several great psychycs. I've been at this a while, 4 years. But, really took off past 6 months with a clean diet. mostly greens and protein, so fruits or other sugars. probiotics. Once-twice a week neural therapy injections (check them out if you don't know it), sauna, meditation (holosync and light and sound devices), cens, etc. In short going to it with all I've got and it's made a whole lot of difference. I "feel" 60-70 % there, but not quite. Need to travel the last mile to feel good again.
Anywhoo... I've just started
coffee enemas and would like the input of some of y'all out there... Questions
1) Basics: How much to insert the tip in. Maybe an ugly question, but necessary.
2) I'm recommended to do 2 coffeee enemas a day as per Dr. Wilson's people. What's the verdict on frequency out there by the detox people who are my seniors.
3) Your suggestions for additions into enema water beyond coffeee. It makes sense to add chlorofyl drops since I'm aiming for liver detox first. Maybe also garlic extract for the candida. Anything else you found out to work beuatifully?
4) Long time detoxers. I'm open to all suggestions.
I'm getting back to liver flushes. that is to say, I'm willing and ready to try anything to go the last mile. I'd appreaciate anything you have to share, even if it is a link to a previous message or outside this board.
So glad I have the clarity to type at such length right now. It's a rare occurance. I'm sure a lot of you sympathize. Just clayming back my power. We are not meant to be martyrs or victims in this world, even if we feel like it quite frequently b/c of our condition. Solidarity and empathy to all fellow sufferers out there.
