Drenatrophine, from Standard Process (an adrenal glandular) has also helped quite a bit.
In addition, I find that avoiding fried foods helps me.
I'm in much better shape now regarding anxiety issues. It doesn't dominate my life. I eat a Paleo diet - just meat and vegetables. No grains at all. If you feel up to it, try this diet for a few days and see if it helps.
