Re: Am I peeing my electrolytes or what?

"I thought about AF but not sure. It might be also mercury - I have some Amalgams fillings but too afraid to take them out now. i»m too weak..."

You might try to get a good combo of supplements and maybe endocrine medicine if needed before starting the Amalgam removal process. However I would not wait many months. Most folks do just fine if the removals are done with a mercury free dentist. The site I think I gave you previously has a search for members.

" I»ve had a urine test done in london for HM - dont know if its the best method but that time i did not know it. and it seems LEAD is more present than mercury. ...do you think a hair analysis is more accurate for HM and AF? "

The heavy metals hide. If exposure was old they bind tightly somewhere and don't show up in tests; however there are some tests for the effects of Hg. Andy Cutler has a theory on Hg's effects on essential elements. DDI and TEI hair tests are the easiest for me to interpret when it comes to Cutler's theory but I'm fairly sure ARL can be useful as well. Accuracy is not really the issue here since those with the worst Hg problems often have the lowest levels of Hg in hair--the body isn't able to move it so well any longer. More on this if requested.

"...i think chelation is too much for my body know..."

In your situation I'd get a hair test that is compatible with Cutler, post it online--maybe here
http://livingnetwork.co.za/chelationnetwork/hairtest/hairtest3/

Then let members of the Cutler groups help you with the interpretation. We have a Cutler group in curezone and there is one at Yahoo. They'll give you some tips on supplements, followup tests you can request from your doctor based on the results of the hair test.

If you are "lucky" you'll have high copper or something else that is not as bad as Hg, or it may be Hg plus something else. Of course, maybe heavy metals are not a significant factor. At some point it makes sense to try rule it out.

You might be like me who did not have a bad hair test but the highest toxins were consistent with my symptoms and work exposure in my family's business since my youth--#354 at the site above. Since mainstream medicine had not resolved my issues, I decided to chelate. My doctor understood and agreed that it was not unreasonable in my situation to try it. It has paid off for me. I was very fortunate.

Good luck & God bless.

Joe
