Re: Am I peeing my electrolytes or what?

AngelHealing Thanks for info and suggestions,

It might be potassium - interesting facts about it. I think I'll need to test it somehow. Usual blood test showed potassium and sodium in the normal range but i dont trust this. Now i'm thinking maybe both of them are low.

Unfortunately I tried broth and have big problems in the last part of colon. After eating broth have a lot of gas and cant passed them out at all !!! and have several hours of migraines...it was only one small chicken broth that helped me sometimes. any broth with meat or bones make me ill.

I also heard about S.Boulardii being helpfull but MOS, FOS, starch or....in it :) is not ok for me. I have SIBO/bacterial and these are flaring up the simptoms.

Good point with magnesium, unfortunately put me in bed for several hours and lowered my blood pressure more - now I'm usually 10/6 and I was 12/ 8 for years. Sometimes I do have indeed cramps and jerks when falling asleep. I'm trying dermal Mg but small doses cause usual one makes me like faint.

I stoped any antiparasitic anticandida...for couple of weeks and tried to improved circardian rhtym and eat often I can sleep like 5 hours a night !!!
November last year I can bearly sleep 1 1/2 hour - 2 hours per night being activated most of the time.
now I realized maybe it was adrenals & tyroid and did not know it?

Many thanks,
Dave
