According to my chinese dr acupunturist most illnesses are everything is parasites , viral, bacterial, fungus mold, etc...even if the five parasite checks you had are normal think again you could still have parasite it takes TEN parasite check to get 100 percent accuracy but yet still if they are not looking for this exotic type of parasite they miss it the BEST LABS are the ones to go to they seem to be used by ND ...it is usually NOT the one your medical doctors uses because my medical dr did a rapid test once and it was a false positive test, all of these screw up only only prolong your agony Constipation could be a sign of parasites. Swollen glands mean INFECTION even though it may not be apparent to the doctor and even if they can't find anything ...ask them to culture your blood grow and see what comes up .
