I haven't done any real fasting. Went without meat for a day or so though. I find that by just slowly cleaning up my diet I have at least helped some issues. I juice or use my Vitamix at least once per day. I am under no srict diet and often make ice cream (with cream and sugar), and frozen coffee drinks with the vitamix.
I don't have to take nearly as many supplements. I used to take Resveratrol to keep inflamation and swelling under control. By simply juicing and eating more fruit I no longer have to take the supplements.
Over all my inflamation problem is getting better. I am in a lot less pain. I also have a lot more energy.
